BenComm Rewards is our In-House Loyalty/Rewards Program. We took the features Restaurants want and need in a Loyalty/Rewards Progam, updated and trubo-charged it.

BenComm Rewards works with any Smartphone - it is Cloud-Based - not Card-Based, meaning there are no physical cards to punch, lose, hand to a Server or replace. Customers scan a QR Code to join and provide their information and then scan another QR Code when they make a purchase to generate Reward points. A "cookie" is placed on their Smartphone to track their purchases at your Restaurant. 

BenComm Rewards is fully-customizable - you choose the Rewards, Reward Levels and Points a Member receives. Reward them based upon a visit or a purchase; offer multiple Rewards on each level, or one Reward per level - it's your choice. 

BenComm Rewards offers Bankable Points. Most Loyalty/Rewards Programs (and all basic POS Rewards Programs) offer a very basic system - Receive 1 Point for Dollar Spent, Collect 100 Points and Get a $10 Gift Certificate (then the process starts over). But, your customers want more - more Rewards and Larger Rewards. With BenComm Rewards, your customers can "bank" their points for a Larger Reward at a later date or redeem them instantly for a smaller Reward. They get Rewarded they way THEY want - not the way your POS wants. 

BenComm Rewards collects your Members Name, Cell phone & Email Address. In no time, you could have a Customer Database of several hundred or even thousands that you can use to re-market to and dive more orders. 

BenComm Rewards sends out automatic emails to your members if they haven't visited you recently or are near a Reward Level (to prompt them to return soon). 

If your Members have any issues or questions about your Rewards Progam, they have access to Email Support from BenComm. If they question your staff, just send them to us and we will answer their questions, resend Rewards, manually enter lost points, whatever they need.
